For every opening we find, we study what that employer is really asking for. We read the full job posting for the exact skills, experience and keywords their hiring team screens for. We check the company's careers page for its application instructions and preferred file format. And we learn the company's mission and values.

How does it work?

Fill out the online questionnaire. If you have a résumé, answer Yes to “Do you have a Résumé?” and upload it. If you don't, answer No and fill out the work experience questions in detail, and we'll create a résumé and cover letter for you at no extra cost. Then pay securely through Stripe and we get to work.

Do I need a résumé?

No. If you don't have a résumé, just answer the work experience questions in detail and we'll create a résumé and cover letter for you.

Can you look for remote, hybrid or part-time jobs?

Yes. The questionnaire lets you choose full-time, part-time, contract, temporary or seasonal work and a remote, hybrid or on-site environment, and we search accordingly.

How will I receive my results?

We email your finished package to the email address you provide in the questionnaire. It will come from jobs@wilkinsmanagementllc.com, so add that address to your contacts so it doesn't land in spam.
